Is there a desktop version of the app?

Yes, there is a desktop version available. When you download the app and create an account, you will be able to log in on a desktop from here: https://dashboard.mypthub.net/login

How do I get started?

First, buy the program here. You'll be asked to enter your details and create an account when you purchase the program (you can do this on either desktop or phone).

Then, download the app called 'MyPTHub' on your mobile device. Open the app and sign in with the email and password you entered when purchasing your program.

You will then have access to everything you need in-app to get started.

I've purchased the app program but I'm unsure how to get stared?

If you're still having issues accessing or using the program after:

  • Reading everything on this page
  • Downloading the MyPTHub app or using the MyPTHub desktop version (see above FAQ)
  • Logging in with your email address and password that you set up during the buying process
  • Reading all the eBooks located in files

Do you offer refunds or free trial?

We do not offer a free trial or refunds. Because the price is so low, we don't feel the need to do so.

However, you can cancel at anytime and you won't be charged for the next month. If you cancel, you'll have access to your account for the rest of the month, afterwhich you'll lose access.
